During a PPT live stream, will the students' PPTs follow the instructor's flipping actions?

There are two scenarios:
1. If the instructor sends voice after flipping the PPT, the courseware will flip accordingly when the learner plays this voice message.
2. If the instructor flips the PPT but does not send voice, the PPT on the learner's end will not flip accordingly.
