Where can users view private messages after they are sent?

After users visit your Online Store, they can view it next to the avatar in the personal center. You can also configure it to be viewable at the [Messages] in the bottom menu bar of the page through the 「Store Design」.

Merchants can click [Users] - [Message Interaction] - [User Feedback] to select a user and send a message.
