Explanation of the self-pickup point capabilities for promoters
The self-pickup point capabilities for promoters have been fully upgraded.Self-pickup point stores are now operated on a team basis. Promoters need to join a team to use the 'Store Management' feature.
The new capabilities are as follows:
Operate stores in teams. Support B-side to add teams, import teams in batches, modify team names, and view team member lists.
Support store managers to invite clerks to join the store. Clerks can verify store orders and gift vouchers.
A new store verification code has been added, supporting customers to scan the code to verify store orders in batches.
Support the B-side 'Product Statistics' to implement the screening of 'Single store with multiple products'/'Multiple stores with a single product'.
Adapt to the scenarios of store staff leaving or transferring. Support changing the team leader and reassigning customers to the team leader when removing members.
The 'Order Statistics' in the Promotion Center supports searching by user nicknames.
What impact will it have on the existing store operations?
1. Promoters who have set up self-pickup points before the launch will automatically have teams created:
(1) Team leader (store manager): This promoter, and historical performance will be included in the team's initial performance.
(2) Team name (store name): By default, it is the name of the 'Self-pickup Point' set by this promoter.
2. Promoters can no longer edit the name of the self-pickup point. The self-pickup point name displayed during C-side orders will be directly synchronized with the team name.
3. The 'Store Management' entry will only be shown to promoters who have joined a team. To add a new store, you need to recruit a store manager as a promoter and then create a team.
4. 'Product Statistics' will be calculated on a team (store) basis.
