English视频上传成功后需要进行视频转码，视频转码一般情况在1-30分钟内即可转码完毕。在转码过程中，课程终端显示将不会受影响，转码完成后转码字段将自动消失。视频转码时间取决于文件大小、网络环境等因素。如果视频转码时间过长，且终端课程内视频无法正常播放，建议您先更换浏览器或视频源重新上传尝试一下。若重试后仍出现问题，可拨打官网客服热线：4001026665 或将问题反馈于管理台【概况总览】右边的在线客服。
