Open the audio MIDI settings on your Mac system 2. Create a new multi-output device 3. Then select and check both the MacBook Pro speakers and BlackHole 16ch in the multi-output device Step 3: Set the system audio output Open System Preferences -> Sound -> Output, and select the multi-output device Step 4: Configure OBS 1. Open OBS -> Settings -> Audio Modify the Desktop Audio configuration. Select the option: BlackHole 16ch, and then click OK 2.
