Does the validity period of membership courses support custom settings?

The validity period of membership courses supports custom settings. You can also select existing options in the system: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years as the course validity period.

Can sub - categories be added to the membership courses?

Membership courses can include columns and single-item courses, but adding large columns is not supported.

How to set the membership price and validity period?

You can set the membership price information, strike-through price, and membership validity period as product information in the product details.

**Note:Once the membership validity period is saved, it cannot be modified. If you want to change the membership validity period, it is recommended to create a new membership product.

How to add membership benefits?

1. Add from existing single items

In the membership content management, click to add membership benefits, select from existing categories (articles, audios, videos, live streams, columns). After clicking 'OK', the single item will be successfully added to the membership. Users who have purchased the membership can view the single item for free within the membership validity period.

2. Create a new product

In the membership content management, click to add membership benefits, select [Create a new product], choose the single item type and fill in the corresponding information. After editing the content information, click the [Save] button, and a new single item will be successfully added to the membership.
